Solo Online

Just like the high street, the number of places where cardholders can use Solo online is gradually increasing.

As a result, we sometimes get queries from designers and businesses who are setting up on-line sites to take Solo and who need technical information and copies of our logos.
The Solo logo is available here.

However, as we don’t sign up businesses to take Solo ourselves, we don’t have any direct contact with retailers. Businesses are signed up by our member banks and it is they who have the relationship with merchants. As part of this relationship the banks should supply all the assistance and information their merchants need to take Solo.

This means that any business requiring technical or operational information - eg. how to verify card numbers - to assist them setting up Solo payment facilities should in the first instance contact the bank that processes their (or their client's) Solo transactions, who will deal with their query.
