Solo forms part of the account you have with your bank, and it is your
bank that issues your card and manages your transactions. Therefore,
if you have any queries regarding your Solo card or your Solo transactions,
you should contact your bank for assistance.
Lost or Stolen Card?
If your card has been lost or stolen, you should contact your bank immediately
